Report a problem

Include what you were trying to do, what went wrong, and whether you were on a phone or computer. A screenshot and game link can help us find the issue.

A score needs correcting

Share the game link, the recorded score, and what you believe the result should be. If you can, discuss it with the other player in game chat first. Contacting support does not automatically change a result.

Trouble signing in?

Try password recovery, or email us from the address you use for RallyUp. Never send your password or a sign-in code.
